PRECISION SMALL-BORE RIFLE

A precision firing discipline shot in the prone position (laying down) using .22 calibre rim fire rifles, at distances of 25 yards indoor, 50 metres and 100 yards outdoor.

All competitive shooting in this section is under N.S.R.A. Rules (National Smallbore Rifle Association). All year round inter-club and Essex County league competitions are entered with teams or individuals. Competition meetings are held locally, county-wide and nationally.

Section meets Monday and Thursday from 7.30 pm, and on Sunday morning.
